“Before using BTT openers, we were running an OEM opener and having issues with excessive component wear and breakage. We switched to the Titan Series openers and have changed one assembly in about 7,000 acres. Which is remarkable in itself, but honestly, we could hardly see a difference in wear from new to old. Great product! Well worth the investment.”

ONE-PASS SEEDING WITH HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL SEPARATION
Titan Opener System Benefits
• 1/2” wide fertilizer knife for lower disturbance and more precise fertilizer placement.
• Adjustable seed boot allows flexible seed depth of 3/4” to 1-1/2” above fertilizer trench AND 1″ to 2-1/2″ placement on either side of the fertilizer trench.
• Three strategic carbide locations for additional wear life PLUS hard facing on key wear points that don’t have carbide.
• Modular design allows you to replace worn parts instead of the entire opener.

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR HOLDER
STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR SEED SHOE
STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR TIP
Standard tip for 620, 688 & 694 holders. Carbide inserts are placed on the nose. Hard facing is placed on critical wear points for extended life of the tip. Use bolt and nut combo 620-BNC-3100 (5/16″ x 1-1/2″) to install shoe to holder.
NOTES: Use bolt and nut combo 200-BNC-3100 to install tips.
TRIPLE SHOOT UNIBODY TIP + SEED SHOE
Extra-long carbide inserts placed on the nose of the tip. The nose carbides have a continuous roofed profile, producing exceptional soil flow with minimal disturbance. The seed is placed in a distinct 4” paired row (2-3/4” center to center). The seed is deposited prior to the Aqua NH3 + Liquid Phos being placed 3/4” deeper, between the seed rows. The tip helps prevent skewing on hill sides. The shoe portion is 4” wide, with carbide fully covering the leading edges.
NOTES: This tip replaces the standard tip, seed shoe, fertilizer tube combinations, and is to be used with 628, 688 & 694 holders. Use bolt and nut combo 200-BNC-3100 to install tips.
